Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für den laufenden Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Online-Shops sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Kundenerlebnisses
• Pflege, Steuerung und Optimierung von Produkten, Inhalten und Sortiment im Shop
• Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten (SEO/SEA, Google & Meta) inkl. Budgetverantwortung
• Analyse zentraler KPIs (z. B. Conversion Rate, ROAS, Retourenquote) und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Steuerung von Produktfeeds sowie Sicherstellung aktueller Verfügbarkeiten und schneller Go-Lives
• Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der Customer Journey, insbesondere Versand und Retourenmanagement
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z. B. Logistik, Marketing) und externen Partnern
• Identifikation von Wachstums- und Effizienzpotenzialen im E-Commerce

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im Retail-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Web-Analytics-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics)
• Erfahrung mit Shopsystemen und CMS
• Analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Gestaltung von Newslettern und visuellen Kampagneninhalten
• Planung und Umsetzung von Social Media Content (Inspiration, eigene Bilder, BTS etc.)
• Produktion und Aufbereitung von Bildmaterial aus Stores und Schaufenstern
• Kreative Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Website-Seiten (z. B. Homepage, Kampagnen)

Ihr Profil

• Erfahrung im Bereich Content Creation, Social Media oder Digital Design
• Gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends und Markeninszenierung (idealerweise im Retail/Fashion-Bereich)
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design-Tools (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva o. Ä.)
• Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. zur Content-Erstellung, Ideenfindung und Effizienzsteigerung)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Kreativität
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fotografen und Marketingteams von Vorteil
