Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and thus return your goods.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Goods can only be accepted if they are returned undamaged, unworn, on time, and in their original condition, including all attached tags. Removing tags, as well as any of the aforementioned points, will disqualify a return.

2. Clearance items
The same right of withdrawal also applies to goods that are reduced due to a sale.

If you have any difficulties returning the goods within the deadline, please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after our specified timeframe. Please note that items in their original packaging can only be accepted if the packaging is undamaged.

Shipments from our Salzburg shipping location are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires upon written confirmation of delivery.

If you have made an individual delivery arrangement with our shipping partner, such as leaving the package at a preferred location or with a neighbor, please note the specific terms and conditions of the shipping provider. Delivery release authorizations are agreed upon separately with the shipping company and the consumer and are not covered by our package protection.

Dantendorfer GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders sent to post office boxes or which show other deviations from existing creditworthiness surveys and reports after an internal review.

Returns & Customs | Non-EU Countries

Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional costs that are not included in the purchase price. These include, but are not limited to, customs duties, import VAT, bank charges, transfer fees, and any currency conversion fees. These costs are levied separately by the relevant authorities or payment service providers and are to be borne by the customer.

Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union (customs countries) are not possible.
