Please note that returns incur costs and consume resources that we would like to avoid and save.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

For a quick and easy exchange in the desired size, we recommend simply reordering the item. If the desired size or item is unavailable, our customer service team will be happy to assist you and provide further information.
HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Return Registration
Please follow these instructions if you wish to return items to us:
1. Log in to your order account , select the order and click on "Request return".
2. Select the items you wish to return and state the reason.
3. You will immediately receive an email with the return policy – please follow these instructions.
4. Enclose the invoice or a copy with the package.
5. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and return them to us.
Once we receive your return, the amount will be credited to your payment method as soon as possible.
The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Please handle the merchandise with care when trying it on. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are soiled, the return period has expired, or the return has not been handled properly.

How long does the refund take?
Refunds are usually processed on the same day or within one working day after receipt and inspection of your return.
Depending on the payment provider, however, it may take an additional 1-2 working days until the amount is visible in your account or credited to your customer account (Klarna).
The item is damaged.
If the item is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible by email . Depending on the situation, we will either replace the item or refund the amount.
Please return the item to us for inspection and report it as "damaged" in your customer account.
I would like to return an item.
Should an item show defects after some time and you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in advance by e-mail and attach a photo of the damage.
Together, we will gladly find the best solution for you. Our reliable partners are usually willing to carry out repairs, exchange items, or issue a credit note.
