Shipping is usually handled by POST AG Austria and takes between 4-6 days.
Costs and customs duties for deliveries to Switzerland:
We cover the costs for door-to-door shipping, goods insurance, and all accompanying documents. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as bank charges, transfer fees, exchange rate fees, or customs duties may apply. These costs are borne by the customer. Import VAT and other import duties will be invoiced directly by customs or the delivery partner on site.
Unfortunately, returns from Switzerland are not possible. For detailed product information or additional measurements, please contact our customer service beforehand. We can provide measurements or fit advice in advance. We always do our best to offer you the most accurate description and an ideal assessment of the fit of each product.
