What size specifications are used in the shop?

Our items are listed in German clothing sizes or in international sizes (XS–XL).
If you are unsure, our size chart with measurements will help you. Please also refer to our detailed description. Here you will often find additional information as well as product dimensions.

Are the online items also available in the stores?

The stock levels in our online shop are identical to those in our physical stores. Therefore, if an item is sold out online, it is also unavailable in our stores.
Should you still wish to check whether an item is available in a specific branch, please contact our customer service by telephone.

How do I find the right size?

Our product descriptions contain detailed size information, dimensions, and recommendations. Additionally, a size converter is available for each item below the size selection. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact our customer service.

As a general guideline: For women's items, the measurements between two sizes usually differ by approximately 2 cm , and for men's items by approximately 3 cm . We recommend comparing the stated measurements with a well-fitting item from your wardrobe to avoid unnecessary returns.

Can I also pay with a debit card?

Payment with a debit card is easily possible. Please enter your card number and the other requested information in the 'Credit Card' field at checkout.

How do I register a return?

Once you have placed an order with us, a customer account will be automatically created for you.
On a PC, you can access this via the customer account icon (person) in the top right corner. On a mobile phone, this area can be accessed via the navigation bar at the bottom.

Please enter the email address you used for your order. You will then receive a code via email.

Next, select the order from which you wish to return one or more items, state the reason for the return, and submit your request.

What can I do if a product is sold out?

If an item is sold out, you can register for restock notifications directly on the product page. You will be informed as soon as the item is available again.
Alternatively, selected items can be ordered as a special order. Please contact us by email for this. Special orders are binding.

Can I redeem store vouchers online?

Gift vouchers purchased in-store from December 2024 onwards can also be redeemed online. Please enter the number printed on your voucher (starting with 8…) at checkout.
Please note that only unused store vouchers can be redeemed online. Credit notes, remaining credit notes, and refunds cannot be redeemed online and are non-transferable.
