Creative Freelancer (m/f/d) – Content & Digital Design
REMOTE
Your Responsibilities
- Creation of mood boards and creative concepts for shoots
- Design of newsletters and visual campaign content
- Planning and implementation of social media content (inspiration, own images, BTS, etc.)
- Production and preparation of image material from stores and shop windows
- Creative design and further development of website pages (e.g. homepage, campaigns)
Your Profile
- Experience in content creation, social media, or digital design
- A good eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand presentation (ideally in retail/fashion)
- Proficient in common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Openness to using AI tools (e.g. for content creation, brainstorming, and efficiency improvement)
- Independent, structured way of working and high creativity
- Experience collaborating with photographers and marketing teams is a plus

E-Commerce Manager - Salzburg
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the ongoing operation and further development of our online shop, as well as ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintenance, control, and optimization of products, content, and assortment in the shop
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of online marketing activities (SEO/SEA, Google & Meta) including budget responsibility
- Analysis of key KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, ROAS, return rate) and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Management of product feeds and ensuring current availability and quick go-lives
- Optimization of processes along the customer journey, especially shipping and returns management
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) and external partners
- Identification of growth and efficiency potential in e-commerce
Your Profile
- Completed studies in economics, marketing, e-commerce or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a retail environment
- Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with shop systems and CMS
- Analytical thinking and a structured and independent way of working
- Team player with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
